KAPP Committees
After the 2014 event, we were able to establish committees within KAPP. In doing so, we were able to better delegate obligations for the actual event but also to move forward with having a greater community presence throughout the year. Having committees with specific objectives also allows our volunteers to pick areas where they can excel and really feel passionate about.
The committees are modeled around the four core elements. Below you can find each of the committees as well as their responsibilities.
Board of Directors/Spirit
Community/Earth
Education/Air
Activism/Fire
Charity/Water
